[Updated] SG's Tanglin Venture looks to raise $45m for second fund from US investors

Singapore-headquartered Tanglin Venture Partners is in talks to raise as much as $45 million from a slew of US investors alone for its second fund, it disclosed in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The total corpus targeted for the fund is understood to be bigger although the exact size could not be ascertained. According to industry sources, it could go up to $150 million for Fund 2.
