Cloud communications company Tanla Solutions on Monday announced that it is fully acquiring enterprise mobile engagement platform Karix Mobile Pvt Ltd and its wholly-owned subsidiary Unicel from GSO Capital Partners, a Blackstone company, for Rs 340 crore ($49 million).
