Telstra to sell data centre asset to Centuria REIT for $298.4m

Telstra has entered a deal to sell its Clayton, Victoria, data centre complex to Centuria Industrial REIT for A$416.7 million, or around $298.4 million, the Australian telco said in a filing to ASX Wednesday.
