Temus, a global platform backed by Temasek Holdings and UST that offers digital transformation solutions, has acquired Singapore-headquartered system integrator Dreamcloud, according to an announcement on Thursday. The deal size was not disclosed by the company.
This is the first acquisition made by Temus since it was set up in April 2021. The platform serves to accelerate the transformation of leading enterprises and public sector agencies in Singapore and abroad.
