<a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.teneoholdings.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Teneo Holdings</a>, a global CEO advisory firm, has acquired <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.ryancommunication.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Ryan Communication</a>, a strategic communications firm with operations in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore.
The transaction, which marks Teneo&#8217;s seventh acquisition, represents a major expansion of its capabilities in Asia.
Founded in 2010, Ryan Communication advises major global corporations on a range of business critical issues. Its services include corporate and financial communications, issues management, transaction advisory, investor relations, digital and social media, executive training, content marketing and research and insight.

Ryan Communication&#8217;s senior management team, including managing director Ryan and executive director Lauren Chung, will continue in their leadership roles. They will report to Charles Watson, chairman of Teneo International.
Teneo will combine Ryan&#8217;s operations with its existing teams in Hong Kong and Singapore.
