Japanese hamburger restaurant chain Mos Food Services sold a majority stake to Thai cosmetic and skincare business veteran, Pitharn Ongkosit, to expand its operations in the country, while Bangkok-based Minor International set up a joint venture with QSR Investment Joint Stock Company to grow its The Coffee Club in Vietnam.
