Origin Property PCL is to sell 180 million shares, equivalent to 30 per cent of total capital with a par value of 0.50 baht, apiece, through its initial public offering (IPO) and expects to start trading on the stock market within the third quarter this year, according to Kasikorn Securities, the financial advisor to its IPO.
