Thailand's property dealbook: AP, Mitsubishi, Sansiri, BTS

Despite the sluggish first quarter, Thailand’s property sector saw deals and joint ventures. While AP entered another joint venture with Japan’s real estate developer Mitsubishi Estate Group, which is planning aggressive expansion into the ASEAN, Sansiri and BTS Group Holdings launched their first condominium project under the joint venture company.
