SCI Electric PCL (SCI), one of Thailand-based electricity turnkeys, has submitted the first filing today to sell 187.5 million shares in an initial public offering (IPO), aiming at mobilising funds to invest in ASEAN countries. The IPO shares will be equivalent to 25 per cent of the company’s registered capital with a par value of 1 baht per share.
