Chinese enterprise solution provider Duiba has raised a $110-million series C round led by private equity firms <a href="https://www.dealstreetasia.com/tag/TPG">TPG</a> and <a href="https://www.dealstreetasia.com/tag/Orchid-Asia-Group">Orchid Asia Group</a>, according to a <a href="https://www.chinamoneynetwork.com/2018/08/22/tpg-orchid-asia-co-lead-120m-series-c-round-in-chinese-saas-firm-duiba">report</a> by China Money Network.
The startup will use the fresh funding for research and development and for extending its services to more industries and businesses, especially traditional offline businesses.
Founded in 2014, Duiba Group provides solutions for companies to obtain and manage users on their apps. The company operates SaaS platform Duiba and interactive advertising platform Tui’a.
The company had raised its Series A round of $4.7 million in November 2015, followed by an undisclosed amount of Series B funding just two months later.
For TPG, the deal follows its lead investment in the $60-million series C funding round in China’s online ticketing platform Moretickets last month.
More recently, the PE firm completed the $202.7-million acquisition of Quest Laboratories, the Asian pathology business of Australian healthcare provider Healthscope earlier this month.
