Silicon Valley's Tribe Capital in the market to raise $150m new VC fund

Tribe Capital, a Silicon Valley-based early-stage venture capital firm, has filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to raise up to $150 million for a new VC fund, Tribe Capital Fund II.
