Uber raked in $342m from sale of SG-based Lion City Rentals

IPO-bound US ride-hailing major Uber sold its 100 per cent stake in Lion City Rentals (LCR) and its subsidiary, LCRF Pte Ltd, for $342 million (S$464 million) to Singapore-based car company Waydrive Holdings, according to its S-1 filing released earlier this morning.
