Uber partners licenced taxis for Myanmar foray

US ride-hailing app Uber has forayed into Myanmar by getting on board only government-accredited and licenced taxi drivers, in a departure from how it operates in other countries. The move is seen to avoid legal and regulatory hurdles in the frontier market.
