UK housing provider Unite Students sells two properties to its JV with GIC for $472m

Unite Students, a UK-based provider of student accommodation, has announced the sale of two London properties to London Student Accommodation (LSAV), its joint venture with Singapore’s GIC, for £342 million ($472.4 million).
