Venture Capital firm <a style="color: #000080;" href="https://www.dealstreetasia.com/tag/vertex-ventures/">Vertex Ventures</a> has led a $4.5 million funding round in Massachusetts-based database technology firm DBmaestro.
Existing investors Stage 1, <a href="https://www.dealstreetasia.com/tag/lool-ventures/">Lool Ventures</a> and iAngels also participated in the round. The firm said it will use the investment to launch its next-generation database automation solutions and extend its global sales and marketing reach.
A leading player in DevOps and DevSecOps, DBmaestro completes the database automation cycle from initial coding to final deployment while ensuring enforcement of corporate development, security, and compliance policies. It claims to help companies reduce errors, increase efficiency, and streamline the development process.
Its customers include Barclays, Visa, Isracard (MasterCard), Frost Bank, Thomson Holidays, Sura, Bank Leumi, and others.
