Vietnam&#8216;s lawmakers have on Wednesday approved a government plan to raise $3 billion via the issue of sovereign bonds during 2015-2016, with proceeds to be used for restructuring domestic debts.
Legislators voted 392 to 34 in favour of the overseas bonds, which would have the maturity of between 10-30 years, while the coupons will be fixed based on the actual market situation at the time of the issue.
