There have been several exits of listed companies from their subsidiaries in Vietnam this week. PetroVietnam-Nghe An Construction Company sold its stake in Nghe An Petroleum Cement JSC, to the cement manufacturer Vissai Group. PetroVietnam Gas, another unit of the nation’s biggest oil and gas group PetroVietnam, will sell over five million shares in PVB. Meanwhile, the Vietnam Television has sought a partner to build its operational tower.
