Vietnam raises $940m from IPOs in first half of 2018

Vietnam’s government raised about $940 million by selling 1.3 billion shares of State-owned enterprises (SoEs) in 19 initial public offerings (IPOs) in the first half of the year, according to DEALSTREETASIA estimates and experts from RongViet Securities (VDSC).
