Vietnam's M&A deal value may halve to $3.5b in 2020, before inching up next year

The value of all mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in Vietnam this year could halve to around $3.5 billion, from $7.2 billion in 2019, the ministry of planning and investment said on Thursday, citing industry data.
