Vietnam seeks nod to issue $3b sovereign bonds

The finance ministry of Vietnam is seeking legislative approval to issue $3 billion sovereign bonds, in a bid to “restructure the country’s domestic debts incurred during 2015-2016”, finance minister Dinh Tien Dung reportedly said at a National Assembly meeting.
