Vietnamese internet unicorn VNG eyes Nasdaq debut, may offer 12.5%

Vietnam’s earliest unicorn VNG Corporation is looking at a listing on the Nasdaq later this year, offering a 12.5% stake in its public market debut, per a presentation seen by DealStreetAsia.

The Tencent-backed internet major is likely to set up a new offshore entity for the purpose of the US listing.
