Indonesian IoT platform to monitor vehicle assets WebTrace and online heavy equipment rental startup TraktorHub – both backed by early-stage investor Prasetia Dwidharma – have merged to form Quipster, an entity that will offer a comprehensive solution for construction, logistics, and mining industries.
The merged entity is said to be valued at up to $20 million, sources aware of the matter told DealStreetAsia.
