<p class="Normal">Organic, ready-to-cook processed foods startup YCook has raised $5 million in a Series B round from venture capital firm <strong><a href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/O21-Capital" target="_blank" rel="noopener">021 Capital</a></strong>, Netherlands-based impact fund<strong> <a href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/oikocredit" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Oikocredit</a></strong> and existing backer<strong> <a href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/omnivore" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Omnivore</a></strong>, according to <strong><a href="https://tech.economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/startups/ycook-raises-5m-from-binny-bansal-backed-021-capital-others/64363479" target="_blank" rel="noopener">a report</a></strong> in the Economic Times.</p>
<p class="Normal">The company plans to use the capital raised for making improvements to its factory, acquiring certifications and boosting marketing initiatives.</p>

<h3>Orowealth raises $1.6m in Series A round</h3>
<p>Mutual fund platform Orowealth.com has raised $1.6 million in a round led by Powerhouse Ventures and Japanese firm Fintech Money Forward Inc.</p>
<p>According to a Times of India <strong><a href="https://epaper.timesgroup.com/Olive/ODN/TimesOfIndia/#" target="_blank" rel="noopener">report</a></strong>, the Series A funding round also saw participation from existing investors M&amp;S Partners and <strong><a href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/gsf-accelerator" target="_blank" rel="noopener">GSF Accelerator</a></strong>, apart from other new investors, including VC Dash Ventures.</p>
<h3>HealWell24 gets $200,000 from angel investors</h3>
<p>Mumbai-based home healthcare services aggregator HealWell24 has raised $200,000 from a clutch of angel investors in its pre-Series A round.</p>
<p>New investors in the round include Prashant Mehta, Mitali Pawar, Nikhil G and Bhavesh P, members of Indian Cooperative Oncology Network (ICON) and some existing investors. The firm plans to use this latest funding to develop its artificial intelligence (AI)-based patient mobile app, expand its services and hire talent, among others.</p>
<h3>Future Group in talks to acquire Ayurvedic products co Iraya</h3>
<p>Indian retail major <strong><a href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/future-group" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Future Group</a></strong> is in advanced stages of discussions to acquire Iraya, a retailer of Ayrvedic personal care products, from Athena Life Sciences, per <strong><a href="https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/industry/cons-products/fashion-/-cosmetics-/-jewellery/kishore-biyani-sets-sights-on-iraya-to-speed-up-future-groupss-growth/articleshow/64362475.cms" target="_blank" rel="noopener">a report</a></strong> in The Economic Times quoting sources. Iraya has a bouquet of hair and personal care products in the ayurvedic, botanical and spa space.</p>
