<h3>YuuZoo launches YuuLog Europe in France</h3>
<p>YuuLog Europe, a logistics joint venture  between <a href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/yuuzoo" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><span style="color: #000080;"><strong>YuuZoo Corp</strong></span></a> and the former management of Cinram Logistics France (CLF), has acquired the business assets of CLF. Financial terms of the acquisition are undisclosed.</p>
<p>YuuZoo has a 51 per cent stake in YuuLog Europe, with CLF holding the remaining 49 per cent. Following the establishment of the JV firm, CLF&#8217;s management team has moved to YuuLog Europe, which operates out of Champenard, France.</p>
<p>According to YuuZoo, France will be the base for its expansion into Europe via resellers, franchisees and marketing partners. Combined with its Asian offices, it will enable it to operate as a service provider to e-commerce enterprises in Asia looking to enter the European market.</p>
<p>In an official statement, Thomas Zilliacus, Executive Chairman of YuuZoo, said, “YuuZoo has through the acquisition of the assets and business of CLF in one stroke achieved three major things. First, it has gone from being only a social commerce marketplace to become an end-to-end eCommerce player in the European market. Second, it has acquired a large new customer base. Third, it has added a team of 250 people.&#8221;</p>
<h3>New Silkroutes acquisition of Capital Group falls through</h3>
<p><a href="http://dealstreetasia.com/tag/new-silkroutes-group" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><span style="color: #000080;"><strong>New Silkroutes Group’s</strong></span></a> proposed acquisition of American investment holding company Capital Group Investments has lapsed due to a “restructuring” within Capital Group.</p>
<p>New Silkroutes had, in February, announced its intent to acquire Capital Group, which owns shares in CG Capital Partners, a stakeholder in New York-based broker-dealer and investment bank CG Capital Markets, for $14.4 million.</p>
<p>New Silkroutes Group said, in a filing, it is in dialogue with Capital Group regarding its restructured business.</p>
