Yuze Semiconductor bags almost $178m and 56 Greater China deals worth over $2.7b

Yuze Semiconductor, a Chuxiong-based N-type silicon wafer maker, has notched 1.2 billion yuan ($177.6 million) in a Series B round, bringing the firm’s post-investment valuation to 10 billion yuan ($1.5 billion), according to a company announcement last Friday.
