HK's ZQ Capital sells US medical devices maker SSC to GTCR in $800m deal

Hong Kong-based ZQ Capital has sold Surgical Specialties Corporation (SSC) to Chicago-based private equity firm GTCR, in a deal a source said valued the U.S. diversified medical devices maker at around $800 million including debt.
