1312 Interactive has raised $1 million in a seed funding round. In another development, Moneyview has cut the size of its proposed initial public offering.

1312 Interactive raises funding

1312 Interactive, a PC and console game publishing house, has raised $1 million in seed funding led by Chimera Venture Capital and TAC, according to an announcement.

The funding also saw participation from Ventana, Rahul Reddy G, Rohan MC and Nara Srinivas, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.

The new capital will support 1312 Interactive’s expansion of its indie game publishing business across emerging markets, with a focus on premium PC and console titles.

The company plans to work with developers on production, marketing, distribution and platform partnerships to take their games to a wider audience. It is also launching 1312 Playground, a community-led initiative that will allow developers to gather player feedback during the game development process.

Founded by gaming industry veterans Deepak Gurijala and Raviteja Mantena, 1312 Interactive discovers, nurtures and publishes indie and AA games for global audiences.

The company’s pre-seed round in the past attracted investors including Akshat Rathee and Gautam Virk (Nodwin Gaming/Goodgame Investments); Rajat Ojha (Gametronics); Sridhar Muppidi (YesGnome); Tanay Tayal (Ex-Moonfrog), the Founders of Playsimple; Vatsal Chintalpati (ExMachina Investment Partners); and Rick Herman (Ex-Sony, Ex-Amazon).

Moneyview pares IPO size

Digital lending platform Moneyview has cut the size of its proposed initial public offering (IPO), with the fresh issue now pegged at Rs 750 crore, down from the Rs 1,500 crore planned earlier, according to a report by Entrackr.

The fintech company has also trimmed the offer-for-sale (OFS) portion to around 10.04 crore shares from up to 13.61 crore shares proposed in its earlier draft papers.

Existing investors including Accel, Tiger Global, Crimson Winter and Ribbit Capital have also reduced the number of shares they plan to sell through the OFS, Entrackr reported. The founders’ proposed stake sale remains unchanged.

The revised structure follows Moneyview’s receipt of approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and comes as the company moves towards a public listing. Moneyview had filed its draft IPO papers with SEBI in March 2026.
