WI Harper Group, an early stage venture capital firm, has partnered with Luxin Venture Capital Group and Shandong Leader Equity Investment Fund to launch a cross-border venture fund that will back promising startups in the U.S. and Greater China, the firm announced on Tuesday.
Financial details of the agreement were, however, not disclosed.
