Startups in the region wound down 2021, raising $15.86 billion, a 6.7% decline compared to $17 billion raised in November 2021. Deal value registered a massive increase in China at 25.9%, and an uptick in India at 6.8%. In Southeast Asia it suffered a sharp decline at 65%.
