HK: Burda International acquires online publication LifestyleAsia.com

German media company Burda International, a unit of Munich-based Hubert Burda Media, has acquired LifestyleAsia.com. Financial terms of the deal are undisclosed.

The strategic acquisition is part of a bid to strengthen Burdas’ print and digital publishing in Asia, with the aim of developing its digital and print content platform for Burda’s publication Prestige, August Men and Pin in Southeast Asia and Hong Kong.
