Manila-headquartered Asian Development Bank (ADB) is likely to extend a $40-million loan to PT Karian Water Services (KWS), a water supply facilities builder in Indonesia.

In a disclosure, the multilateral lender said the loan will be used by Karian to finance the development, construction, and operation of a 4,600 liter per second water treatment plant in South Tangerang.
