Amplify Health has acquired Singapore insurtech startup AiDA Technologies, while Samsung Venture Investment has participated in a $4.8-million fundraise by Korean mental health startup Atommerce. Separately, Korean handicraft marketplace Backpackr has reportedly raised $16 million in a Series C extension round, TechCrunch reported.
