SSG Capital Management, the Hong Kong-headquartered Asia-focused special situations investment firm founded by former Lehman Brothers executives, is raising a new private equity fund to continue investing in Southeast Asia, China, and India.
Its SEC filing did not specify the maximum target of the fifth flagship fund – SSG Capital Partners V. On its website, SSG Capital Management said it focuses on credit and special situations investments in Asia-Pacific.
