Australia-listed solar assets investor New Energy Solar has acquired a 49 per cent stake in Boulder Solar I Facility in Nevada, USA, while two Australian technology firms – DataDot and Beston – have entered into a proposed merger agreement.

Solar assets investor New Energy Solar has informed the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on Friday that it has acquired a 49 per cent interest in Boulder Solar I Facility (Boulder), an operational 125-megawatt project in Clarke County, Nevada, for $55 million.
