Australian fintech startup Verteva raises $21.4m in Series A round

Australian fintech startup Verteva has raised A$33 million ($21.4 million) in a Series A round from New Zealand-based investment firm Bolton Equities, according to an announcement.

Co-founded by former Westpac executives Andrew Walker, who is its CEO, and Chris Lumby, Verteva claims to build a transformative digital alternative for customers in the home lending space.
