Indonesian fintech startup AwanTunai raises $56.2m in equity, debt funding

AwanTunai, a Jakarta-based fintech startup, on Friday announced raising $56.2 million in a Series A2 round, which includes $11.2 million in equity funding and $45 million in debt and channelling facilities.

Earlier this month, DealStreetAsia had reported that AwanTunai raised $11.2 million in fresh funding from existing investors Insignia Venture Partners and Global Brains, and new investors BRI Ventures, Atlas Pacific Capital, and OCBC NISP Ventura.
