Ayoconnect, an Indonesian financial API developer, has raised an additional of nearly $5 million in pre-Series B funding in July, led by venture capital fund AAVCF4 PF1 LP, according to regulatory filings accessed by DealStreetAsia – DATA VANTAGE.
AAVCF4 PF1 LP is a venture capital fund backed by angel investors Alan Rutledge and Albert Ni; Habibie Ilham Akbar and Thareq Kemal Habibie, the sons of former Indonesian president BJ Habibe; Ayoconnect’s existing investor and Apax Digital partner Mark Beith; and Athene Capital managing partner Allen Lloyd Thomas.
