Thai VC Bualuang Ventures looks to raise $60m from parent Bangkok Bank

Bualuang Ventures, the venture capital arm of Bangkok Bank, plans to raise no less than 2 billion baht ($60 million) from its parent to fuel its investment plans for the next five years, the fund’s managing director Krit Phanratanamala told DealStreetAsia. 

He, however, added that it ultimately depends on the bank’s decision, which should be finalised in the second half of this year.
