Toronto-based Sysomos, a social intelligence company, has acquired Delhi-based image recognition and machine learning platform gazeMetrix to help brands and agencies capitalise on the opportunity presented by the visual social web, Sysomos said in a statement. The deal size, however, remains undisclosed.
