Australia’s Charter Hall acquires logistics facility in Sydney for $80m

Australia-listed property group Charter Hall on Tuesday said it has secured a A$115 million ($80.47 million) logistics property in western Sydney via an off-market transaction. 

Charter Hall Prime Industrial Fund (CPIF) and Charter Hall Direct Industrial Fund No.4 (DIF4) purchased the property on 40-66 Lockwood Drive, Erskine Park.
