Chinese internet services provider Ucap targets to raise $142m in STAR Market IPO

Ucap Cloud Information Technology Co., Ltd, a provider of internet services and big data solutions, is seeking to raise nearly 995 million yuan ($142 million) in an initial public offering (IPO) on China’s Nasdaq-like STAR Market, per a company filing with Shanghai Stock Exchange. 

Dongguan-headquartered Ucap will offer up to 16.78 million shares at a price of 59.26 yuan ($8.5) apiece.
