Indian non-banking financial company Kogta Financial has closed a Rs 300 crore ($42.2-million) Series C fundraising led by Malaysia-based private equity firm Creador, according to an announcement.
Creador made the investment through its fourth fund, which has raised $565 million, exceeding a hard cap of $550 million. Kogta’s existing investor, Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia, also participated in the latest round, while its first institutional backer, IIFL Seed Ventures, remains invested in the firm.
