CROWDE, an Indonesian agritech startup that focuses on peer-to-peer (P2P) lending, will close a $7 million Series A round led by the Singapore-based venture capital firm Monk’s Hill Ventures, two sources privy to the matter told DealStreetAsia.
Yohanes Sugihtononugroho, CROWDE’s co-founder and CEO, declined to confirm the new funding, while an email sent to Monk’s Hill had elicited no response till the time of publishing this report.
