Exponent Energy, an EV rapid charging startup headquartered in Bengaluru, is close to raising Rs 182 crore ($20 million), per a report by Entrackr.

If talks go through, this would mark the startup’s extended Series B round, co-led by 360 One and TDK Ventures.

The funding round is also expected to see participation from Exponent Energy’s existing investors, such as YourNest, Advantedge Technology, Eight Roads Ventures, and Lightspeed India, among others.

The startup last raised $26.4 million in December 2023.

Temasek increases stake in Cult.fit

Cult.fit, formerly known as Cure.fit, has secured Rs 440 crore ($47 million) in fresh funding from Temasek, Entrackr reported.

The investment has been routed through the Singapore state firm’s investment arm MacRitchie.

This could mark the last private round for the company, after which it could plan a public listing.

Started in 2016, Cult.fit runs a hybrid fitness model through its app and physical fitness centres across 300 cities in India.

In total, Cult.fit has secured over $720 million to date from firms including Zomato, Tata Digital, Temasek, Kalaari Capital and South Park Commons, among others.
