Bangladesh-based business-to-business (B2B) commerce startup ShopUp on Monday announced raising $65 million in a Series B4 round from Valar Ventures and Flourish Ventures. DealStreetAsia had reported its latest fundraising several hours ahead of the announcement, citing regulatory filings.
According to ShopUp’s filings with Singapore’s Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), Valar Ventures contributed around $56 million to the round, while Flourish and its affiliate Ohana invested around $7 million. The startup’s shares were priced at about $56 apiece.
