Warung Pintar, an Indonesian startup promoting digital transformation for small and midsize family-owned retail shops, allotted new shares worth $42.7 million last week to a group of investors, including East Ventures and Ardent Capital.
The shares were issued at the same price as Warung Pintar’s Series B round, according to DATA VANTAGE. E-commerce enabler SIRCLO had announced the acquisition of Warung Pintar in January this year.
