HK's Dignari Capital Partners closes second China private credit fund at $626m

Hong Kong-based private equity firm Dignari Capital Partners (DCP) has closed its second fund – DCP China Credit Fund II – after receiving $626 million in commitments, according to its filing with the SEC.

The second fund, launched in January 2018, exceeded the target of $500 million and has attracted commitments from 13 investors, according to the filing signed by its founder Grace Tan, formerly with HSBC and Asia Debt Management.
