Exclusive: Indian grocery delivery startup PepperTap raises another $15m, takes total funding to $63m

Nuvo Logistics Pvt Ltd, a twelve-month old Gurgaon-based company which provides hyper-local grocery delivery services through online platform PepperTap.com, is learnt to have raised an additional $15 million, taking the total amount it has raised in funding so far to about $63 million, executives directly aware of the development told DEALSTREETASIA.

This is the fourth round of investment the company has closed this year. The company had raised  raised $36 million in Series B in September, that was led by Snapdeal, India’a Amazon rival that is backed by Alibaba, and it has now expanded this round by an additional $15 million, due to interest from other investors, the executive quoted above said. This implies, the company has raised a little over $51 million as part of its Series B round.
