[Updated] Healthtech firm Biofourmis to earn unicorn status with General Atlantic funding

Digital therapeutics firm Biofourmis, which was founded in Singapore, is set to bag new funding from growth equity firm General Atlantic in a deal that will value it at over $1 billion, according to two sources familiar with the matter.

The company, which focuses on delivering virtual care and developing novel digital therapies, could raise as much as $200 million in the round, which will be led by General Atlantic.
