GIC, M&G Real Estate bid to acquire $410m Korean office property

Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC and M&G Real Estate of London-based Prudential Plc. are bidding for a new office building in South Korea that is wholly owned by the Public Officials Benefit Association (POBA).

The transaction is valued at an estimated 450 billion won ($409.52 million).
